In Proud Partnership with

Skin Tag, SK + DPN Treatments apply a small amount of thermal energy to the lesion or spot to effectively dehydrate it, causing it to fall away within days. What was once only available exclusively in dermatology offices can now be safely performed by well educated and qualified Estheticians such as myself.

The SIIT PRO is a professional grade, esthetician developed high frequency device that precisely targets the imperfection and not the surrounding skin. This reduces excess inflammation and damage to areas not intended to receive the current.

What is SIIT PRO?

Generally, the treatment is well tolerated with and without topical anesthetic, but it is applied for everyone by default. Clients report feeling a tapping motion on the skin, but you should not feel any heat or “burning” sensation.

After the anesthetic wears off, the treated areas can feel a little sore to the touch.

Is there any discomfort?

SIIT PRO Treatments are for clients who want to improve the following skin conditions:

  • Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra “DPN” (benign bundles of excess pigment, often confused for moles or beauty marks)

  • Seborrheic Keratosis “SK” (larger than DPN, darker than your overall skin tone, with a bumpy texture)

  • Skin Tags (flesh-colored growths that may hang from a stalk, often forming in folds of skin)

SIIT PRO is not intended for the treatment of Moles, Skin Cancers, Cysts, Acne Keloidalis Nuchae, or other diseases of the skin.

Who is SIIT PRO for?

Each treatment session is 60 minutes. After cleansing and analyzing the skin, we will verify what areas are to be covered in the current session and if additional sessions are needed.

A topical anesthetic is applied for increased comfort, but it is not required. The remaining treatment time (roughly 30 minutes) is used to treat (dehydrate) as many lesions within the area as possible.

For Single Tags, these can be treated within a Signature Facial since the skin will already be clean and prepped, just select the add on during booking.

What’s the Process?

At the end of your session, the imperfections treated will appear more prominent. Over the next 7-10 days, the lesions will become darker until they turn to scabs and fall away on their own.

When DPN and SK fall away, they will leave behind a small spot of hyperpigmentation from where the lesion started, this is not a “new scar” or evidence of damage.

You’ll be provided with a 7 day aftercare kit to support the healing of your skin.

What Happens After?

Most Lesions only need to be treated once. If a particular lesion does not fall away completely, the remainder of it can be treated again in 6 weeks.

Other lesions that fall away generally do not return, however, new lesions can still form over time based on varying external and internal factors such as age, genetics and lifestyle.

How often Should I do it?

Nope! DPN, SK + Skin Tags can be treated on the Face, Neck, Chest and Back. Back treatments do take a bit longer to heal than lesions treated on the face or neck.

Is it Just for the Face?

Pricing ranges from $99 for a single Skin Tag or DPN. Due to prep time, the single tag cannot be booked alone, it can only be added to a Signature Facial or Extended Stay Signature as this covers the Skin Prep.

The 60 minute SIIT PRO Session is $275 and includes the treatment itself plus your aftercare kit. For clients who will need more than one session, packages of three are available with a $100 savings!
